Iris Beltran is a Board-Approved Licensed Professional Counselor. Iris is a graduate of Texas A & M University, where she obtained her Master of Science degree in Counseling in 2016. Iris has experience working with various populations and settings within her community, including mental health clinics and private practice. Iris has worked with individuals living with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorders, psychosis, and trauma.

Iris works hard to provide a safe space for individuals who have a history of trauma, abuse, low self-esteem, or who may be facing difficulties in their lives. She utilizes several modalities to provide psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Iris believes that all individuals are worthy of respect, compassion, dignity, the capacity for growth, healing, and self-determination, regardless of their circumstances, choices, or struggles.  Change is not always easy, but taking the first step toward a happier and more fulfilling life is an act of courage. Iris is here to support & empower you in that journey.

When she is not serving her community or loved ones, she is spending time with family, outdoors, traveling, reading, meditating, dancing, catching up on shows, and connecting spiritually with the unknown. Her favorite radio station is Coast to Coast AM.
